Personal-use terms

Hermes Gmail is a personal Gmail integration operated by Joseph Follett. These pages are informational; they do not offer public account registration, a commercial email service, or a Google sign-in form.

Owner-directed operation

The integration operates only with the account owner's Google authorization and Hermes configuration. Its current scheduled workflow audits labels and archives eligible individual read, unstarred Inbox messages. The owner controls scheduling and instructions and may pause the job or revoke access at any time.

Review and limitations

Automated classification can be incorrect or incomplete. The owner should review reports and important label changes, preserve appropriate backups, and not rely on the audit as the sole basis for critical decisions. The integration does not promise uninterrupted availability or perfect classification.

Privacy and third-party services

The Privacy Policy describes Gmail access and the use of locally stored files and configured AI providers. Google, the AI provider, Cloudflare, and Hermes Agent have their own applicable policies or terms. This personal integration is not endorsed by Google or those providers.

Changes and contact

Changes to the workflow's capabilities or data use must be reflected in the app information and privacy disclosures. Questions: joseph.follett@gmail.com.
